On Procrastination and the Enlightened Playground
This talk explores procrastination in a triad of perspectives: from the body, from the mind and from the soul; recognizing their separateness and their natural traction to become one. It is though the body, which interests me most, because bioenergetics and other body centered practices can only be a valid solution for an erratic physique as long as humanity is incapable to reset its early childhood and childhood education according to the findings of human development psychology to create, what I would like to call an enlightened playground, i.e. merging what we have to with what we enjoy to do. How can we idle through life at zero procrastination? The recently hyper trending discussion about procrastination confirms that answering this question is a timely attempt.
